Description

The Hobart 00-157369 Manual Motor Controller Toggle Switch is a heavy-duty electrical control component used in commercial foodservice equipment. It a three-pole, single-throw contactor-style switch that directly controls power flow to a motor circuit without integrated overload protection. In operation, it is installed within appliance equipment control panels where operators need a simple, accurate manual interface to start or stop motors such as drive systems in mixers or related processing machinery. The switch acts as the primary user control element within the motor control circuit, ensuring safe connect and disconnect of electrical load during routine operation and maintenance in commercial kitchen conditions.
