Description

The Hobart 00-23641-1 Aluminum B Flat Beater 30 Quart is designed to spin in a commercial mixer bowl to evenly mix ingredients when preparing food. When attached to the planetary movement of the mixer, its flat paddle action forces batter, dough mashed foods and blended foods against the bowl surface, ensuring consistent mixing. This piece is installed in proper commercial mixers and mounted on the agitator shaft to run inside the mixing bowl during kitchen processing operations. The aluminum construction allows for repeated contact with the ingredients in bakeries, restaurants and foodservice preparation areas.
