The Vulcan Hart 00-294500-00033 Convection Steamer Transformer is a control circuit step-down used in commercial electric steam systems. It is mounted inside the steamers electrical control compartment where it mounts to the chassis or control panel assembly. The transformer receives primary power from multi-voltage input lines at 208, 240, or 480 volts and reduces it to a lower 120-volt output for control circuits and relay operation. It interfaces with the main wiring harness, control board, and safety interlock circuits to supply consistent low-voltage power for switches and electronic controls during steamer operation.
