The Hobart 00-350545-30 Dial is operated by rotating with the thermostat or control shaft to which it is connected, which converts the manual adjustment of the operator into a desired temperature. When the dial is switched off and on to the temperature displayed as 200 or 400, the internal control is adjusted to control the amount of heat generated. This enables kitchen users to achieve and sustain the required level of operation.
