Description

The Hobart 00-411688-00002 Door Gasket is used to seal and reduce heat loss during operation in compatible commercial cooking equipment. The set includes two gasket sections measuring 26.25 inches and 75.75 inches for compatible gas equipment door assemblies. Set up around the door frame the gasket compresses, when the door is closed to create a tight seal between the door and cabinet. This maintains stable cooking temperatures, reduces hot air leakage, and supports proper operation of the equipment throughout normal cooking cycles.
