The Hobart 00-922203 Safety Valve is a gas control component for commercial cooking equipment that needs to be monitored for gas flow control while in operation. The safety valve is designed to regulate fuel flow to the burner assembly and to turn off gas flow if unsafe operating conditions or an ignition defect are detected. It is mounted in the appliance fuel supply system close to the fuel supply connections to the burner and ignition control system, where fuel management is required.
