Description

The Hobart 00-937210-00001 Mixer Bowl Guard Wire Cage is a cage that encloses the mixing bowl area and creates a barrier around the area during operation. It works by covering the bowl opening and yet leaving the ingredient and visibility through specific holes. The guard is in line with the safety interlock system of the mixer that assists in controlling the operation when in position. This is a wire cage that is fitted on the front of the mixer head and it is fixed to the relevant mounting brackets. It is placed above the bowl area and is part of the mixer safety assembly, which keeps moving attachments and the external workspace apart.
