Description

The Delfield 000-D05-0032-S Reach-In Refrigerator Evaporator Pan Assembly Welded is made to collect and manage the condensate generated during the process. It works by collecting moisture that evaporates out of the evaporator coil and it into a regulated holding tank where it can be either evaporated or disposed of. The welded structure creates a closed containment space, which fits into the drainage system of the unit. This assembly is installed under the evaporator compartment of the cabinet and assists in managing moisture in an organized manner and also in ensuring that the internal operating conditions are in place within the refrigeration equipment.
