The Multiplex 00212843 Motor Agitator W/Blade uses the rotational force of the motor to the mixing blade attached to it to allow consistent movement and mixing of ingredients. It works by hooking up to the drive shaft and spinning the blade inside the container in order to get even agitation. This motor agitator system is built into the mixer units that are compatible with where it is connected to the internal drive system and attached to the blade housing as part of the mixer system which coordinate the movement and even distribution of the contents throughout the operation.
