Description

The Keating 004803 Valve Knob 1-1/4" DIA OFF-PILOT-ON is an essential control component that is used in commercial fryer. It works by switching between OFF, PILOT and ON to control the flow of gas to the pilot and main burner so that operators can safely start, stop, or use the fryer.
