Description

The Montague 01217-3 Infrared Burner 5" X 18 3/4" is a radiant heat producer that disperses the gas over the burner surface and ignites it over the mesh screen. It operates by letting gas flow through the burner assembly, where it burns along the wire mesh, producing infrared heat. This burner is fitted in the heating part of the compatible commercial cooking equipment. The burner assembly will be attached to the gas supply manifold inside the appliance. It finds application in commercial kitchen cooking equipment where infrared burners are used to provide direct radiant heating to broiling and high-temperature cooking operations.
