The Vita-Mix 015080 Quiet One Complete Cover is an enclosure that surrounds the motor assembly of other compatible models and minimizes the amount of noise generated during operation and helps to control vibration. It is fitted over the motor housing at the bottom of the appliance and is designed to fit securely to ensure that internal parts of the appliance remain in place. The cover balances the unit and allow it to rotate smoothly and maintain a uniform flow of air in the unit. It helps to balance the operation and maintain high volume and continuous blending cycles by controlling the motor movement and minimizing the effects of vibration.
