The Moffat 017121 Thermostat regulates temperature in commercial convection ovens. It is fitted into the heating system, and it keeps track of the amount of heat inside and switches on the heating element to keep the temperature steady so that the heating part can produce the same performance. To ensure that thermostat is integrated well with the control system, the thermostat has the connection components and the sensing element.
