Description

The Hatco 02.16.001 Thermostat S, 3/8 X 4-3/32, 12 is a mechanical capillary thermostat for use in compatible water heating and commercial heating systems. The system by cycling it on/off based on the heat detected by a remote bulb to keep the system within the desired temperature range. It is used in foodservice equipment like boosters and holding systems in restaurants, institutional kitchens and commercial preparation areas, in applications. It is a key control element of the appliance that is mounted on the heating circuit in the appliance, thereby allowing a stable temperature regulation during continuous operation.
