The Montague 03501-7 Thermostat Temperature 300-659 is a part that measures the temperature variations and adjusts the heating cycle. It has a sensing element that expands or contracts with changes in temperature to activate the control mechanism. It is fitted with a 3/16" diameter and 48" capillary tube that can be inserted into heating equipment and accurately monitors the temperature within the given range of 300-659 F. The unit is directly attached to the system in which temperature control is needed. It can be used in commercial kitchen systems, and it is compatible with the existing components.
