Description

The Cres Cor 1006-084 Hot Cabinet Latch Kit is used for compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It adds an edge-mount latch with a magnetic strike to the cabinet door of a push-button latch system to secure the door. It is used in practice on commercial kitchen warming units and food transport cabinets to provide correct door closure and holding food pressures to ensure temperature stability within the interior of the unit. The kit is designed to be integrated into the door locking mechanism to provide accurate sealing performance in foodservice use in kitchens, catering operations, and restaurant holding equipment.
