Description

The Cres Cor 1006086 Hot Cabinet Latch Kit is a replacement part for commercial kitchen equipment. It offers a mechanical locking operation for cabinet doors that keeps cabinet doors shut and seals between the cabinet interior and exterior when the cabinet is in use to ensure proper insulating properties. It is used to join the door to the cabinet frame by means of a strike and latch mechanism, which allows the door to remain firmly in the cabinet during the high-temperature cabinet holding operation.
