The Jade Range 1014700000 Bottom Grate is a 15 inch by 8 inch cast iron grate and design has 72 square holes to enable the free flow of air and distribution of heat in a charbroiler. It is also able to hold lava rocks or briquettes, and can be used as a base to provide uniform heating for cooking applications. Made of cast iron, it is intended to be used directly at the bottom of the heat source portion of the broiler. It is supposed to provide it with a stable, heat-resistant surface, to ensure that the outcomes of cooking various food products are always the same.
