The Garland 1017502 Thermostat FDO-1 is an accurate control instrument for temperature control in the oven. It has a 72" capillary tube, and its working temperature range is 150F – 550F catering to all heat regulating requirements in culinary practices. It is a great thermostat for regulating temperature so the food stays hot, for a longer period, and helps prevent overcooking or undercooking the meals. Its connection size is 7/16" to enable it to fit in new installations of gas ovens as well as replacement installations.
