The Garland 1028200 Pilot Burner NAT/LP is a gas ignition component designed to be used in commercial ovens that use natural gas or liquid propane. It produces a pilot flame that burns continuously and when heat is needed it burns the main burner. This pilot burner is installed in the system of gas delivery of the oven and allows stable ignition and controlled heating cycles. It is necessary to the correct operation of the oven and assists in maintaining the correct temperatures and safe use in the professional foodservice and commercial kitchen.
