Description

The Garland 1095100 Natural Gas Valve is a mechanical gas control component used on commercial broiler equipment. It regulates natural gas flow to the burner through three operating settings high medium and low. The valve installs in the broilers gas supply line between the incoming gas connection and burner assembly. When the control is adjusted, the valve changes the gas passage opening to regulate fuel flow and burner output. This allows the operator to control cooking temperature and heat intensity.
