Hobart 111967-4 Range Grill Element 20-3/4" x 11-1/4" x 3-1/2" 5000W 208V

The Hobart 111967-4 Range Grill Heating Element 5000W 208V is a heating element that transforms electrical energy into heat by means of resistance in the conductive material to enable it to reach high temperatures to cook. As the current passes, the element heats uniformly over its surface which offers uniform thermal output for grilling. It is placed under the grill surface in a matching range unit where it directly passes the heat to the cooking space. It is intended to be used in conjunction with commercial cooking equipment and assists in grill operation keeping the temperature constant when preparing food and keeping the kitchen active.
