The Seco 1157 Oven Warmer Element 1000W 208V is a heating component that is used to replace the heating component in commercial cabinets to ensure the same internal cooking. This element can be operated at 208V and produces controlled heat with 1000W of power that evenly distributes temperatures in the cooking chamber of a restaurant or cafeteria. Fitted in the heating unit of the appliance, it operates with thermostats and controls to maintain predetermined temperatures in normal operation. This warmer is part of the thermal system food is maintained at service temperature without overheating.
