The Hobart 116471-1 Temperature Controller With Potentiometer 3/16" 150 -450 7 EA 1/4" MALE TABS works by controlling the amount of heat by an adjustable potentiometer that changes electrical resistance to control the amount of heat. It reacts to the levels set by the user by adjusting current flow allows adjustments within the range of temperature. This element is normally fitted in a commercial kitchen equipment control panel where temperature control and regulation are needed. The unit has a D-shaft interface to attach knobs and male tab terminals to connect to electrical components that can be integrated with other compatible wiring and control assemblies in foodservice equipment.
