The Intedge 12H38 Plate - 3/8" is a spare meat plate that can be fitted in commercial food grinders. It has that define the grind size and texture of meat as it is pushed through the plate during processing. This plate is mounted in butcher shops, restaurants and other foodservice operations where a constant controlled grinding is needed. It is the cutting surface in the grinder system, which cuts with the knife to create uniformly sized ground product to be used in the commercial applications of ground meat.
