The Montague 1400-1 Dial Thermostat is a control element that is used to measure and the temperature with the help of a bulb-and-capillary sensor. It has a KX design with a diameter of 3/16 inch, 12 inch copper bulb, a dial face and a bezel to be mounted on the front panel. This thermostat is attached to the equipment control surface and the sensing bulb is placed in the heat area. It is a temperature-sensitive electrical contact modulator. The component is combined with the appliance control system, and it aligns with panel hardware and it promotes stable thermal control when cooking.
