The Franklin Chef 141650 Orifice W/Brass Hood is a gas flow control system that is compatible with commercial cooking equipment. It has 3/8-27 threads, 1/2" length, and size 50 calibration and is intended to be used in high-input applications. This opening is fitted at the burner inlet to measure flow of gas before burning.
