The Franklin Chef 142382 Burner Valve 3/8 27Outlet 1/8 inch NPT Inlet is gas control component that is applied in the commercial cooking equipment to control the supply of fuel to individual burners. It uses a 1/8 in NPT inlet to the gas supply of the appliance and provides controlled gas out through a 3/8 27 threaded outlet to the burner assembly to enable the cooking system to adjust the intensity of the flame and output of heat. This valve is installed in the circuit of the burner of ranges of appliances.
