Description

The Groen 14356 Water Level Electrode 3/8 MPT is sensor element that is fitted in compatible steam cooking appliances to detect the presence of water in the boiler chamber. Fitted in the vessel fitting, it detects the contact of liquid based on conductivity and sends a signal to the control circuit to respond to heating or to refill. The probe assists in ensuring that there is water coverage on heating surfaces and also assists in the production of controlled steam during cooking. The steamers maintain the same level of steam during normal commercial food preparation procedures throughout the kitchen operation shifts.
