The Franklin Chef 145302 Pilot Kit Assembly is a gas ignition element meant to be used with commercial cooking equipment. It is used by providing a pilot flame which is controlled to start the main burner in the process of operation. This collection has 3/16-inch and 1/4-inch orifices, so that it can be used with natural gas or propane configurations based on the setting. It is fitted in the burner and ignition section of the equipment where it has a direct contribution in start of combustion and proper burner start up as a component to the entire gas system.
