The Blodgett 16686 Pointer Knob is a 2-inch round control that is used to turn the knob to indicate/adjust the temperature in the compatible oven. It is fitted on the control shaft and gives operators the ability to precisely select the operating positions during cooking or baking. This knob is the most common item replaced when the oven is serviced, and it has direct contact with the user interface with the control system of the oven. It gives a better visual fit with panel marking and helps in maintaining uniformity in operations.`
