The Comstock Castle 17030 Thermostat is a temperature controller that measures the heat variations and turns on the heating or cooling system that is connected to it. Its internal control reacts to the changes in the 300-659F range, keeping setpoints by mechanical changes. The thermostat is installed with its 3/16 inch mounting stem and 48-inch capillary tube, which enables it to access the desired temperature range and is designed to be installed in commercial ovens or industrial equipment. This arrangement offers the fact that the sensor and control parts are correctly positioned to monitor temperature and operate in the equipment.
