Description

The Henny Penny 175915-001 Hi Limit Control Assembly is used to check the temperature and cut off power when preset limits are surpassed. It automatically or manually resets once temperature conditions are within the operating range and assists in controlling the operation of connected cooking equipment. The sensing part responds to excessive heat increase and cuts off protection via built-in control circuitry. The assembly is mounted in the fryer control housing, where thermal control is needed, making sure that it is properly mounted in the safety control path of the equipment and that it is aligned with internal wiring and mounting points.
