Description

The Dean 1954 Fryer Basket is a front hook-style basket made of nickel-plate for commercial kitchen use. This product measures 17-1/8” in length, 8-1/4” in width, and 6” in height and is compatible with fryers from Imperial, Southbend, Frymaster, and others. Constructed from the Archer wire and NSF approved, this fryer basket is built to last with its durability suitable for areas with a high usage of the fryer. It is easier to hang using the front hook design and that makes it easier to drain the oil.
