The Ultrafryer 19B781-C High-Limit with Screw Terminals is specifically used in fryers to prevent fryer overheating. It has a 36” capillary with screw terminals that guarantee the connection. This is a manual reset high-limit thermostat with a fixed temperature range of 450°F and comes with a 3/8” national pipe thread stuffing box. It is suitable for many fryer models and works to turn off the heating element whenever the temperature goes high, which is dangerous. The 1/4” OD x 4 3/4” L bulb is useful in detecting temperature changes effectively to provide protection and safety.
