Description

The Quality Industries 200122 Coupling & Shaft Assembly Marinator is used to join the drive system to the shaft in a continuous motion in a marination unit. The shaft assembly operates by interlocking parts designed to keep shafts aligned and to ensure that the motor torque is transferred through the assembly in a controlled manner to provide synchronized rotation of the connected shafts and uniform transfer of torque throughout the assembly for mixing and tumbling within the marinator mechanism. It is installed between the drum and the drive motor in commercial marination equipment and food processing marination equipment for batch processing.
