The Duke 2190-2 Knob 2 inch DIA Off-10-1 is a control component that is used to regulate temperature settings on commercial food warming parts. It works by rotating the shaft attached to it to either increase or decrease the amount of heat produced based on the desired level. This knob is placed on the front panel of food warmers where operators control the level of temperature. It is used as the manual interface in the system to control the thermostat.
