The Allpoints 2261123 Skimmer/Scoop W/Handle 8" X 8" is a manual food-handling utensil designed to lift, drain, and transfer food products during commercial foodservice preparation. Its perforated scoop surface allows cooking liquid, oil or other fluids to pass through while retaining solid food services. The 8-inch by 8-inch scoop provides a broad working area for handling portions while the attached handle provides the operator with a controlled grip during use.
