Description

The White Rodgers 25M47P Gas Solenoid Valve 3/8" 24V work by closing and opening the internal plunger with an electromagnetic coil to regulate the flow of gas when attached. The mechanism is sensitive to electrical signal which permit or prevent passage through the valve body in a controlled cycle according to the demands of the system. The valve is commonly installed in gas control assemblies and burner line configurations where it controls the flow of fuel to the ignition section and ensures controlled flow paths within equipment that has electrically actuated gas management installed in an automated fuel control system that is operated and integrated with a security shutoff circuit.
