The Star Mfg 2E-200551 Conveyor Toaster Rotary Switch is an electrical selection component that fits in the commercial systems. The switch directs power to certain operating circuits, based on the selected position by turning the shaft. It is mounted at the back of the control interface and is connected to it via 1/4-inch tabs and a .198-inch plastic D-shaft to fit into the knob. Its position is an essential component of operational management. This change is widely used in commercial applications, whereby circuit selection facilitates predictable, based on the toaster output.
