The Bakers Pride 2F-T1007A Cast Iron Radiant is an accessory that is used in an oven in order to improve the heat circulation and intensity. It has dimensions of 22-15/16” x 3-7/8” W x 3” high and is constructed from cast iron (CI), with 1” high V-shaped notches on both ends to fit into broiler units CH and XX series. This radiant offers steady heat for broiling, grilling and roasting therefore enhancing the cooking capability of the oven. Its built and construction are very durable and ensures it will run for a long time with high performance making them ideal for use in kitchens or other highly productive cooking stations.
