Description

The Star Mfg 2F-Y7140 Oven Cast Iron Bottom Grate is 21’ x 17’ with four crossbars and 21 ribs for the cooking application. This cast iron grate is good in heat control and heat distribution making the food cook evenly and intensifying the food flavors. As it is made from a strong material it can handle high temperatures and is therefore suitable for commercial use as well as for home use. Advantages include, the fact that it is very hard-wearing, has a non-stick surface that gets even better with time, and the ability to give a great steak-like sear to your meat.
