The Toastmaster 2R27470-0004 Fan Guard is a protective part that is installed on commercial ovens and other cooking components to cover the rotating fan system. It works by covering the fan blades in order to contact but still allowing air to circulate. This is a guard that is placed on top of the fan located in the oven cavity. In the system it assists in secure operation by internal parts and aids in the regular circulation of air and heat throughout normal operation.
