This thermostat operates within 100°F to 550°F range and has 36" capillary tube and a 1/4" x 5-9/16" bulb to provide precise temperature control for great cooking. The four terminal design is versatile in compatibility with a variety of APW models, including M-91, M-95, CWK-1 Kettle Cooker/Warmer, and more. Not only does the thermostat help make cooking more efficient, it also helps keep cooking safe by preventing overheating. This thermostat is designed to fit your needs whether you run a busy commercial kitchen or a small food service establishment.

Installation Steps

Step1: Before installation, disconnect the power and allow the toaster to cool to prevent injury.
