The APW 2T-56527 Thermostat is a high performance temperature control device for commercial toasters and warmers. This thermostat operates within 100°F to 550°F range and has 36" capillary tube and a 1/4" x 5-9/16" bulb to provide precise temperature control for great cooking. The four terminal design is versatile in compatibility with a variety of APW models, including M-91, M-95, CWK-1 Kettle Cooker/Warmer, and more. Not only does the thermostat help make cooking more efficient, it also helps keep cooking safe by preventing overheating. This thermostat is designed to fit your needs whether you run a busy commercial kitchen or a small food service establishment.

Step1: Before installation, disconnect the power and allow the toaster to cool to prevent injury.

Step2: Access the control panel to locate the thermostat assembly.

Step3: Carefully disconnect all wiring and remove the capillary bulb from its position.

Step4: Take out the old thermostat unit.

Step5: Install the new thermostat, routing the capillary tube properly.

Step6: Reconnect wiring securely.

Step7: Reassemble the panel and restore power.

Step8: Test temperature control for proper operation and ensure stable operations.
