The APW 2T-60320 Warmer Thermostat K-Type is temperature control component is designed for use in compatible commercial foodservice equipment unit. Operating within a temperature range of 100F to 450F it monitors and regulates heat levels to assist in maintaining consistent operating temperatures. The thermostat works with a sensing bulb and capillary assembly to detect temperature changes and cycle heating elements as required. As part of the application control system it plays an essential role in supporting accurate temperature management equipment performance and secure operation in commercial kitchen conditions.
