The Holman 2U-200590 Conveyor Toaster Gear Motor With Fan CW 208/240 V is used to power the conveyor mechanism and at the same time power a fan attached to the conveyor. It transforms electrical power into mechanical movement, which allows controlled clockwise rotation to allow the movement of the belts and the heat to be distributed. It is mounted in the conveyor toaster assembly and is placed close to the drive system to connect with the conveyor and airflow elements. The unit is essential to the coordination of the continuous motion and airflow, and promotes the operational activity of conveyor toasting in commercial kitchen systems.
