Middleby Marshall 33812-1 Thermocouple Probe Assembly is a 6-inch long sensor used for temperature measurement in ovens with the series PS 300, PS555, and PS570. It has three wire leads, wire clamp, screws and an attachment plate for easy fixing. This thermocouple is designed to produce an electrical voltage within the difference of the junction temperature and a reference temperature to complete the purpose of its usage. Advantages include quick response, accuracy in high temperature, and improved cooking control which makes it suitable for use in restaurants.
