Description

The Hobart 344523-1 Hi-Limit LCH Thermostat is a high-limit protective temperature control component used to monitor and limit excessive heat within commercial foodservice equipment. It has a manual reset 490F fixed 1/4" x 6-1/2" nickel bulb that interrupts the electrical power through the reset and requires restoring operation. It is placed in thermal processing units, where it monitors internal heat levels through a nickel bulb sensor connected to the control circuit. It is used within heating systems to prevent overheating damage and maintain proper operating conditions during continuous equipment cycles.
