Description

The Crown Steam 3529-1 Safety Relief Valve 3/4" 35 PSI is installed to open at a predetermined pressure level to release the excess steam before it accumulates. It reacts to the increase in pressure by raising the internal disc mechanism, which allows the discharge to be controlled and then returned to normal. It is mounted on steam equipment and pressure vessels where the release of pressure in the secure line is to be controlled. The valve constantly measures pressure in the system to which it is connected and returns to its position after discharge to provide a balance in operation.
